L.L.M, PhD in Jurisprudence and Social Policy Program (School of Law, UC Berkeley,) is the deputy director of the Center for the Study of Law and Society, Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, School of Law. She examines the cultural factors that influence the formulation of laws in Congress and the crafting of regulations in different bureaucratic organizations in the Executive. Feddersen is the author and co-author of numerous peer-reviewed publications, several articles in edited volumes and a case-book on immigration law in Chile. Her publications about the cultural factors that influence immigration and other policy-making activities have been published in Oñati Legal Series, Politics, and Chilean law journals.
