The economic, social, and cultural problems in the Ecuadorian society are deeply connected with the constitutional law, for that reason, the Constitutional Court, as the Organ in charge of the constitutional control and the administration of the constitutional justice, has developed relevant jurisprudence and standards to protect this kind of rights. This panel aims for answers and reflections in these specific issues: 1) Teenage pregnancy – 2) Restorative justice in the educational context – and 3) People with catastrophic and highly complex diseases and the right to the availability of and access to quality, safe and effective medicines.
