The aim of this panel is to socialize some of the results of the research carried out by the team of scholars from Latin America for the Covid-19 Litigation Project coordinated by the University of Trento (Italy) with the sponsorship of the WHO. Based on the monitoring, tracing and elaboration of jurisprudence analysis templates of more than 15 jurisdictions in Latin America and the Caribbean. In this panel, they will present five papers on topics that were reiterated in the jurisprudence of the different jurisdictions and will analyze the various approaches to them. These topics are: 1) Constitutional actions to protect the right – 2) The regulation of private and family life during the pandemic – 3) public education policies during the pandemic – 4) The recognition of Internet access as a fundamental right and 5)“The principle of solidarity in action“: Solidarity taxes to face the Covid-19 pandemic in Colombia and Uruguay.
