SUMMARY:The Protection of EU Financial Interests between the EU and Member States. Insights from the Betkosol Project
DESCRIPTION:The Research project Betkosol (Better Knowledge for Better Solutions) was funded by the European Union Hercules III project and ends in June 2022. It has investigated the limits and perspectives of an improvement of the current regulatory framework in the fight against frauds affecting EU financial interests\, in particular in the social\, health\, and economic sectors\, and taking into account how the COVID-19 crisis may affect the status quo. The panel presents the main finding of the project and the future perspectives of research in this field.
