DESCRIPTION:– PANEL CANCELLED – \nClimate change is an unprecedented challenge for public powers. The legal instruments addressing this challenge play at multiple levels. The European Green Deal is a comprehensive strategy\, aimed at shaping the EU policy response with a number of different instruments. Financing the ecologic transition is one of the main ones. At the same time\, the role of national courts in the enforcement of climate change policies is emerging. The panel brings together perspectives on these different tendencies\, with the aim of understanding how they interact one with the other.
