DESCRIPTION:The main objective of this panel is to promote dialogues and publicize the work of the CCONS – CENTER OF CONSTITUCIONAL STUDIES\, a research group at the Federal University of Paraná – Brazil. We aim to stimulate critical reflection on contemporary constitutional law\, from the perspective of intersectionality\, to reveal hidden obstacles that obstruct the recognition and effectiveness of rights by maintaining structural systems of inequality and discrimination\, compromising constitutionalism and democracy.
